COVID-19 Health & Safety Practices
Heritage Plumbing Inc is actively following updates from health departments and government agencies at the local, state and national level. In accordance with Infection Prevention & Control standards, our daily operations now reflect best practices for preventing the spread and exposure of COVID-19. We ask that you be patient with us, during this time, as these measures are for both the protection of you and your family, as well as us and our families.
UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, WE ARE ENFORCING THESE POLICIES AS A RESPONSE TO COVID-19:
- Employees are required to take daily temperature checks.
- Not to be rude – but please maintain a distance of at least 6 feet+.
- Our workers are not permitted to work if sick or exposed.
- Please notify us if someone in your household is sick or has been exposed to COVID-19, so we can inform our staff of the additional risk.
- We will work with you to ensure your plumbing issue is resolved while maintaining everyone’s safety.
- All workers have been instructed on proper hand sanitation methods.
- Personal Protection Equipment has been issued to all employees.
