Just want to let my fellow BGBCA members know if they need a plumber, Heritage Plumbing is the company to call!  We had a problem at our rental house today and after our efforts failed, I called Lindsey at Heritage.  By an hour, owner Tommy Phillips himself came out, evaluated the situation, determined the best remedy & got right to work & took care of the problem.  Fast, knowledgeable, courteous, honest & fair, plus same day service…….what else could one ask for in a plumber?  Thank you Tommy & Lindsey!!

I would like to commend the entire Heritage Plumbing Team for their Suburb Efforts.  First of all, I’d like to thank Kelley for her excellent communication skills, diligent follow-up, and her overall professionalism through out the various service calls she coordinated with Heritage.  A real pleasure working with Kelley.

Also, I’d like to thank Tommy for his superior plumbing repair and installation knowledge and results.  He installed multiple cut-off valves; and also removed an old water heater, and installed a Rheem state-of-the-art Power Vent System.   He had to re-route, design and perfect the new connections, including both copper and PVC piping.  In addition, Tommy was able to re-route and design a new natural gas lines that ensured a “safe” outcome for the new water heater.  He was extremely professional, knowledgeable,  always on-time, and it was a pleasure having  him in our home.  I also watched him effectively and positively “Mentor” and educate a future Plumber candidate.

The entire Heritage Team is a ‘Winner”!!  They performed two different service calls on two separate occasions, and both experiences were superb, from scheduling and administration to service and installation.

We had a leak on our main line we were very worried because we could not could not find it. I called Heritage and they recommended using the leak detection company to find it first and save us money by not having to dig up the entire line. This worked out great and Tommy came right over to fix the leak. The leak was an old repair that was done by GA power when they hit our line trying to install the electric lines. The repair was not done correctly and Tommy fixed the right way and gave great advice, “always call a certified plumber especially if its your main line”. Tommy even fixed another leak I had on an outside faucet that I mentioned after he got here. I got a great deal and great service. Heritage saved us a ton of money by using them. I will always call Heritage for all my plumbing needs in the future. Thank you very much.
